• Account information — name, business name, email address, phone number, and location provided when signing up or booking a demo.
• Business data — gear inventory lists, rental rates, booking records, customer details, and payment records uploaded or generated by Clients.
• End-customer data — names, contact details, and valid ID information provided by renters when making a booking through a Client's booking page.
• Usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on our platform (collected automatically via standard web logs).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the CameraRentSaaS platform.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, and service notifications.
• To communicate with you about your account, billing, and support requests.
• To generate analytics to help Clients understand their business performance.
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations in the Philippines.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers — Third-party tools we use to operate the platform (e.g., database hosting, email delivery). These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Legal compliance — If required by Philippine law, court order, or government authority.
• Business transfer — In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred to the new owner under the same privacy protections.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion, giving you time to export records. End-customer booking records are retained for 2 years for dispute resolution purposes.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and secure database hosting to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we take every reasonable precaution.

6. Your Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), you have the right to:

• Access and receive a copy of your personal data we hold.
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
