How Pro billing works: each payment through PayMongo (GCash, Maya or card) covers 30 days of Pro. We email you before it ends. If you do not renew, you get a 3-day grace period and then your shop moves to Free with all records kept.
Fair use: Pro covers up to 300 rentable units per shop. Contact us if you need more.
Billing questions
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
If you do not upgrade, your shop moves to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is deleted. If you have more than 3 rentable units, you choose which 3 stay bookable, and bookings you already confirmed stay as they are.
How do customers pay me?
Customers pay you directly the way you already do: GCash, Maya, bank transfer or cash. You record each payment, down payment and security deposit in the dashboard and mark it verified once you have checked your account.
How do I pay for Pro?
Pro is billed monthly through PayMongo. You can pay with GCash, Maya or a card. Each payment covers 30 days, and we send a reminder before it ends. There is no lock-in.
Can my staff use it?
Yes, on Pro you can invite up to 2 team members (3 people including you). Staff can handle bookings, pickups, returns and payments, while settings, pricing and billing stay with the owner.
Can I export my data?
Yes. The owner can download all shop records at any time from Settings.
